About me |
I’ve worked for gynecology for 7 years doing clinical work. Triage patients, prepared/cleaned exam rooms, assist doctor in rooms/minor surgery, administer injections, draw blood, ordered supplies, took care of drug reps, prepared/performed/sent lab tests plus many more duties. I was laid off shortly after doctor retired. I looked for jobs, but companies wanted MAs & Phlebotomists to be certified. So, I decided to go back to school. I’m a Registered Medical Assistant & Certified Phlebotomy Technician plus received an Associate in Science degree with Cum Laude which I’m very proud of.
I’m a compassionate person who gets the job done right. I’ve a team player. Being honest is just who I am. Excellent communication skills & Dr. Dykes told me, “That my attention to detail gave him great confidence that no abnormal values slipped through the cracks & my follow up with patients was meticulous”.
Well it would be EMR experience. Unfortunately, Dr. Dykes office had chart system in place when laid off but did use Care 360. I’ve taken college courses in Computer Applications Office 2010 & Intro Computing. I’m opened to take any courses that’s available to me. I enjoy learning & enough practice makes perfect! |
