About me | With 20 years of experience in professional classical music settings, I am a determined, hard working, and energetic individual who is looking to expand my experience in the dentistry as an aspiring dentist in the future. Since I have made my decision to change my career from music to dentistry, I have worked and assisted dentists, orthodontists, and periodontists in Washington D.C. and Maryland. I not only worked as a dental assistant, but also as a receptionist and a marketing coordinator. I am quick learner and will dedicate my time and effort into the jobs that I am responsible of. My education background entails a Bachelor's in Music from Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University and Post-Baccalaureate Pre-health Program from American University. My work experiences include being a Dental Assistant in Georgetown Smile and Liang Orthodontics, private violin instructor, Registrar Office Assistant and Student Affairs Assistant at Johns Hopkins University, waitress at Indigma Restaurant, and freelance musician for special events and ceremonies. |
