In order for employers to access the “matching portion” of the matching application we will require your credit card number, its expiration date, your name as it appears on that credit card, your billing address, phone number and email address. In general, you will receive one email notification confirming a given transaction. In addition to being notified immediately on screen of the success or failure of the transaction, you will be sent email notices of any failed payment transactions, such as if your credit card company does not authorize payment. We may also occasionally send you email notifications of special events or product offerings at Health Staff Connect. These emails may contain code that enables our database to track your usage of the email messages, including whether the email was opened and/or what links (if any) were clicked. If you would rather not receive emails about new products, promotions or other noteworthy news, you can "opt-out" by logging in to the Service and changing your preferences.

Health Staff Connect gives registered users of the service the opportunity to complete a Health Staff Connect employment matching profile which requests personal, contact, and professional information (similar to what you would find on a standard employment application), such as name, telephone number, email address, past job titles, software used in the workplace, languages spoken, past employment experience, etc. Responses to the application by each individual user are used to assemble the Health Staff Connect candidate or employer profile. In addition, limited pieces of the information will be used to create your networking profile. Any new or updated information will be added to the user’s profile in a timely manner.
