Dr. Jim started his practice in 2011 and hired all four of us from HSC within 90 days of one another.  The way the system matches does work.  We all really do have a lot in common with one another and the values of the practice.  We all complement one another well and are all still working here, together, after nearly a decade.

Three of us have worked in other industries and have found that finding Veterinary jobs is different than the others.  We'd apply over and over again to various job boards and it was still tough to find Vet jobs.  Where HSC helped was the ability to fill one registration and be considered for jobs in other industries also.  A couple of us still work temporary assignments in those other industries in the evenings.

No matter what time you login, candidates are waiting for you in your dashboard. If an employee calls out at 7am, we can secure a temp by 7:05am. Two things stress me out:  Collections and staffing.  Staffing is much less stressful now.
